With nearly a century of combined experience in energy development, finance, project management, and business leadership, our founders have built companies, developed energy infrastructure, financed complex projects, and created innovative solutions across the upstream, midstream, and energy services sectors.
Today, they are applying that experience to transform underutilized natural gas into reliable, low-cost power for Bitcoin mining, artificial intelligence, and other high-performance computing applications.

Founders With a Century of Energy Experience
Carl C. Beach
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Carl C. Beach has devoted more than fifty years to the energy industry, building a distinguished career spanning oil and gas exploration and production, midstream infrastructure development, energy project management, and emerging energy technologies.
Prior to co-founding American Digital Energy, Mr. Beach served as Managing Partner of Express Midstream Services, Leverage Oil and Gas, and GTL Midstream, where he led strategic planning, business development, project commercialization, and capital formation. Throughout his career, he has managed complex energy projects from concept through execution, identifying opportunities to create value through innovation and disciplined business strategy.
Mr. Beach has received numerous industry honors, including the inaugural Landman of the Year Award presented by the American Association of Professional Landmen in 1994. In 2025, he was inducted into the North American Prospect Expo (NAPE) Hall of Fame in recognition of his leadership and contributions as a founding force behind one of the world's largest energy networking and business development conferences.
A lifelong advocate for education and leadership development, Mr. Beach earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from West Texas State University, an MBA in Ethical Leadership from Schreiner University, and is completing his Ph.D. in Organization and Management at Liberty University. His doctoral research focuses on the commercialization of stranded natural gas resources through innovative energy monetization technologies, providing the strategic foundation for American Digital Energy's long-term vision.
Steve O. Holder
Co-Founder & Chief Financial Officer
Steve O. Holder brings nearly five decades of executive leadership in energy finance, accounting, investment management, and corporate development.
Throughout his career, Mr. Holder has held senior financial leadership positions with major energy companies and has founded several successful energy service businesses. His experience includes public accounting with Deloitte Haskins & Sells, financial leadership with Consolidated Oil Field Services, founding and managing Transequip Partners, and serving as Founder and Partner of New West Fuels, LLC.
Mr. Holder's expertise spans corporate finance, strategic planning, capital formation, mergers and acquisitions, accounting, and operational management. His disciplined financial leadership has helped guide numerous energy ventures from startup through successful commercialization.
He holds Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, and Master of Business Administration degrees in Accounting from Rice University, providing a strong foundation in financial management and corporate governance.
